We appreciate your choice of Sula—a state-of-the-art digital platform developed by Sula Team to elevate your online experience. This Sula User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) establishes the binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the Sula application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or utilizing the App in any manner, you fully and unconditionally accept all the terms and requirements specified in this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes a legal contract between you (referred to as the “User”) and Sula Team (referred to as the “Service Provider”). It governs all aspects of your interaction with the Sula App, encompassing account registration, feature usage, and data processing. The Service Provider retains the right to interpret the terms of this Agreement, and any disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and applicable laws.
You are permitted to use the Sula App only if you have attained the age of majority as prescribed by the laws of your country or region of residence, which is usually 17 years of age or older. When you register for an account or utilize any function of the App, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement. Individuals who have not reached the legal age of majority are strictly prohibited from using the App.
During the account registration process, you must submit accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal information. You shall not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information, nor shall you use information belonging to others without authorization.
You bear full responsibility for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account login information, including your username and password. You shall not disclose your account credentials to any third party, and shall promptly change your password if you suspect any potential security breach.
In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify Sula Team via the official service email: liutao89117@outlook.com, and provide relevant details to assist in investigating the incident.
Sula Team grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes. This license does not entitle you to transfer, sublicense, or assign your right to use the App to any third party.
You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:
1. Utilizing the App for any illegal, unethical, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to transmitting harmful content or facilitating illegal transactions;
2. Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the App’s servers, networks, or associated services, such as launching cyberattacks or overloading system resources;
3. Providing false information, forging identity credentials, or impersonating other individuals or entities while using the App;
4. Conducting automated data collection activities (including but not limited to data mining, web scraping, or robot crawling) without obtaining explicit prior written consent from Sula Team.
All content and materials contained in the Sula App, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual works, software code, and trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of Sula Team or its authorized licensors. Without obtaining prior written permission from Sula Team, you are strictly prohibited from:
· Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any content extracted from the App;
· Modifying, adapting, translating, licensing, selling, or creating derivative works based on the App’s content or software;
· Using any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary symbols of Sula Team for commercial or non-authorized purposes.
Sula integrates advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance your user experience. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or inappropriate information for certain contexts.
Any advice, suggestions, or information provided by the AI features within the App does not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to legal, financial, or medical advice). For critical decisions that may affect your rights or interests, you shall independently verify the accuracy of the information and consult relevant professional advisors when necessary.
Protecting your personal privacy is a core commitment of Sula Team. The Sula Privacy Policy—accessible within the App’s settings or on our official website—provides detailed information on how we collect, store, process, and protect your personal data. By using the Sula App, you explicitly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in strict compliance with the provisions of the Sula Privacy Policy.
The Sula App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Sula Team does not guarantee that the App will operate without interruptions, errors, or defects, nor does it guarantee that all App features will meet your specific needs.
Sula Team makes no express or implied warranties regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party rights, or reliability of service. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable regulations.
Sula Team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to reputation—even if Sula Team has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the legal basis for the claim (such as contract, tort, or negligence).
Sula Team reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Agreement at any time. When modifications are made, the updated Agreement will be posted in a prominent location within the App or on our official website, along with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after the updated Agreement takes effect shall be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you shall immediately cease using the App.
Sula Team may suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior written notice if you violate any provisions of this Agreement, engage in illegal activities, or pose a risk to the App’s security or other users.
If you wish to delete your Sula account, you may submit a written request to Sula Team via the service email: liutao89117@outlook.com. After verifying your identity, Sula Team will process your account deletion request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sula Team is headquartered. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law.
