Sula, an advanced mobile application crafted by Sula Team (hereinafter called "we", "us", or "our"), regards the protection of your personal privacy as a top priority in all service-related operations. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

When you sign up for an account or use certain features of the App, you may voluntarily share personal details like your full name, email address, date of birth, and account login information (including your password). We also gather data about your actions within the App—such as the features you use most, the content you engage with, and your usage habits—to boost user participation and improve the App's functionality. This helps ensure the App works with your device, protects against security threats, and maintains consistent performance across different platforms.
To keep enhancing our services, we use standard tracking tools like cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. These tools let us remember your preferences, track how you interact with the App, and gain a better understanding of user behavior. We also keep technical log files that record details such as when your App sessions start and end, which pages you visit within the App, and any errors that happen. The information we collect supports the basic functions of the App and improves your overall experience in these ways:
1. Maintaining secure access to your account and keeping your personalized settings and preferences in place.

Your Role in Security: You are the only one responsible for keeping your account login information (like your password) private and for monitoring all activities on your account. Please be careful and don’t share your account details with others. Stay alert to phishing attempts, suspicious links, and other fraudulent activities to keep your account secure.
· No Biometric Processing - Sula does not gather or retain any biometric data. The app does not perform facial recognition, track facial geometry, or create identity profiles from uploaded images.
· Purpose of Photo Use - Images uploaded to Sula are used exclusively to generate AI-powered smile effects. The process focuses only on adjusting facial expressions to appear natural and lively, and is not intended for identity verification, facial mapping, or any other biometric purpose.
· Temporary Processing & Local Storage - All photos are processed securely on a temporary basis. Original images and AI-enhanced results remain solely on the user’s device. Any transient data generated during processing is automatically removed once the smile effect has been applied.
· Full User Control - Users have complete authority over their content. Deleting any original or enhanced photo permanently removes it from the device, with no copies stored or shared externally.
You have the following important rights regarding your personal data, and we are here to help you exercise these rights:
· View and Update: You can check and change your personal information at any time by going to the "Account Settings" section in the App.
· Request Deletion and Withdraw Consent: If you want to ask for your personal data to be deleted or withdraw any consent you previously gave, please contact us using the designated service email. Keep in mind that some data may be kept to meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, or maintain important operational records.
· Stop Marketing Messages: You have the right to stop receiving non-essential marketing emails or notifications. You can do this by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email or changing the notification settings in the App’s menu.
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except in these specific situations:
· Trusted Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with reliable third-party vendors who help us run the App, such as cloud storage providers, analytics services, and communication platforms. These third parties are legally required by contract to keep your data private and can only use the information for the specific tasks they are given.
· Legal Obligations: We may share your information if the law, regulations, a court order, or other legal processes require us to. We may also share it if we honestly believe that sharing is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of our users, or the public interest.
· Corporate Changes: If there is a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate restructuring, your personal information may be transferred as part of the deal. We will let you know about any change in who owns or controls your personal data through clear notices in the App or via email.
We have the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or technological improvements. When we make important changes to the policy, we will tell you by posting the updated version in the App with a new "Last Modified" date, or by sending you a direct notification via email or an in-App message. The App is not made for or intended to be used by people under 17 years old. We do not intentionally collect, store, or use personal information from children in this age group. If we find out that we have accidentally collected personal information from a child under 17, we will take immediate action to delete that information from our systems.
